Point Isabel Dog Owners expects to hold our free Barktoberfest dog costume contest and parade on Saturday, October 30, from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Sign up today for PIDO email alerts: www.pido.org/get-alerts. We will let you know if the event is suddenly canceled, we have to limit the number of participants, people need to pre-register online, and anything else that may come up due to EBRPD Covid-19 protocols. Masks are required at registration and throughout this event.

Where: Registration begins at 12:30 in the field north of Sit & Stay Café/Mudpuppy’s. (Come early; parking will be tight.)

When: The parade begins shortly after 1:00, followed by judging, prizes, and photos of gift bag winners.

Who let the dogs out: The costume categories are Small Dog (up to 20 lbs), Medium Dog (20 to 45 lbs) and Big Dog (45 pounds and up). There is one grand prize (“Judges’ Choice”).
