Parvo Outbreak — Get Your Dog Vaccinated

Please don't bring un-vaccinated dogs to the park. There have been outbreaks of parvovirus in our area, including in the RV community along Rydin Road. Parvo can be deadly, is highly contagious, spreads through feces, and can be carried around on clothing and the soles of shoes.

Paw Fund, which provides spay/neuter and vax for pets of low- and no-income people, has been working with the Rydin community and vaccinated several dogs on Monday. Consult your vet for more info about parvo and whether your dog is protected. Check out Paw Fund for vaccine clinics.
